During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the helpful staff who gave us recommendations for nearby attractions. The hotel's proximity to the waterfalls was also a plus, allowing us to easily visit them without spending too much time on travel. we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surrounding area, which was a welcome escape from the noise of the city.

The hotel's facilities were subpar. The weak and inconsistent Wi-Fi signal made it hard to use our electronic devices, and the thin walls meant we could hear our neighbors' conversations and TV shows.

I loved the location of this hotel; it was near beautiful waterfalls, and the area was surrounded by vendors selling handmade items. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The cabins were new, clean, and well maintained.

This rustic lodging in Toltec land is a great value. Its incredible location close to the waterfall is amazing. the facilities are modest but well maintained and clean. the staff is courteous and friendly. the cabins are new and landscaped nicely with plants around. the rustic surroundings provide a unique experience. the handmade items sold by vendors are a treat.

The TV noise from the neighbor's cabin can be loud.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the stunning waterfalls. the affordability was also a plus, and we appreciated the landscape and clean, new cabins. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the children helping out around the site were delightful.

the walls of the cabin were quite thin, making it difficult to sleep due to the noise from neighbors' conversations and TV.
